The short version: We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We never sell your information. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit an inquiry or order form
- Event details (date, location, guest count) provided in inquiry forms
- Design files, logos, or creative assets you upload or send to us
- Payment information (processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store card numbers)
- Communications via email, phone, or text message
Information collected automatically
- Browser type, operating system, and device type
- Pages visited, time on page, and referring URLs (via Google Analytics 4)
- IP address (anonymized where possible)
- Cookie data for analytics and advertising (see Section 6)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote
- To process and fulfill your order
- To communicate about your order status, design approvals, and delivery
- To send marketing emails (only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime)

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers — payment processors, email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), and delivery services — strictly to fulfill your order
- Analytics providers — Google Analytics (anonymized) and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement
- Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and maintain our business relationship, typically 3 years for order records. Design files are stored as part of your account until you request deletion. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

We use the following cookies:
- Essential cookies — required for the website to function (session management)
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, used to understand how visitors use our site (anonymized)
- Advertising cookies — Meta Pixel, used to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling advertising cookies will not affect your ability to use our website or place orders.
7. Your Rights (Florida & Federal)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information

- Request that we not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure payment processing, and limited internal access to personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

The short version: Order, we make it, we deliver it. Pay on time, give us accurate design files, and allow reasonable lead time. We stand behind our quality — if something arrives damaged, we make it right.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, submitting an inquiry form, or entering into a wholesale or partner agreement with ChocoPrints3D ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
ChocoPrints3D provides custom 3D-printed artisan chocolate products including monograms, logos, custom shapes, and edible art. Services are available to retail clients, wholesale clients, and Preferred Partners, each subject to applicable pricing and minimum order requirements.
3. Orders & Payment
Order confirmation
An order is confirmed when you approve a design proof and remit payment or a signed purchase order (for approved corporate accounts).
Payment terms
- Retail clients: Full payment required at time of order
- Wholesale clients: 50% deposit at order confirmation, balance due upon delivery. Net-30 terms are not available for standard wholesale orders.
- Charter & Preferred Partners: Net-30 terms available upon credit approval; deposit waived after first three completed orders
Pricing
Prices are as quoted at the time of order. Preferred Partner pricing is locked for 12 months from the date of partner agreement execution. All prices are in USD.
4. Design & Intellectual Property
Your designs
By submitting a logo, monogram, or design file, you represent that you own or have the right to use that design and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You grant ChocoPrints3D a limited license to use your design solely for the purpose of producing your order.
Our designs
Original designs created by ChocoPrints3D remain our intellectual property. We retain the right to use photos of completed orders for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing that you object.
Design setup fee
The one-time design setup fee ($75 single / $55 per model for 3 or more) covers creation of your 3D model file. This file is stored in your account and used on all future orders at no additional charge.
5. Lead Times & Delivery
- Standard turnaround: 24–72 hours after design approval
- Preferred Partners receive priority queue access
- Custom or complex designs may require additional time — we will notify you before proceeding
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control
- Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive perishable goods
6. Quality & Returns
Our quality guarantee
We guarantee that all products will arrive in the condition shown in the approved design proof and free from manufacturing defects. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace the affected pieces at no charge.
Design approval responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the digital proof before production. We are not liable for errors in spelling, design, or content that you approved in the proof.
No returns on perishable goods
As food products, chocolates cannot be returned. Replacements are provided only for documented manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
7. Cancellations
- Cancellations before design approval: full refund
- Cancellations after design approval but before production: design setup fee is non-refundable; deposit refunded
- Cancellations after production has begun: no refund
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, ChocoPrints3D's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Food Allergen Disclaimer
Our products contain chocolate and may contain or have been manufactured in a facility that processes milk, soy, nuts, and other allergens. Please inform your guests of potential allergen risks. ChocoPrints3D is not liable for allergic reactions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida, or through binding arbitration at our election.
11. Preferred Partner Program Terms
Preferred Partner status is subject to a separate written Partner Agreement. Benefits including locked pricing, priority queue, and co-marketing are contingent upon compliance with the Partner Agreement and timely payment. ChocoPrints3D reserves the right to revoke Partner status for non-payment or material breach of the Partner Agreement with 14 days written notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
